During a shooting, I can present myself as a participant as well as an observer. According to me the emotions shown when a shooting takes place determine also the end result. Capturing authentic moments is always the result of a collaboration between the photographer and the person in front of the camera. An easygoing ambience where everyone is feeling relax and not stressed, is of great importance to me. It goes without saying that therefore respect for the natural pace of the moment is obvious.

Being in front of a camera is exciting because it involves showing oneself in a vulnerable way, something which is not as natural for everyone. It can feel a little bit like a first date. In order to ease a little bit the amplitude of this, I often recommend a first meet-and-greet (this can be online or face to face) to discuss the possibilities and expectations. It also can be an icebreaker as well as the beginning of a relationship based on trust.  

I like to communicate as transparant as can be allowing the customerexperience to be as straightforward as it can be.

During a shoot, or before and after all is open to discussion. Maybe you are having doubts regarding an issue with your health that makes it difficult to participate at a shoot, or during the photo session you are facing difficulties with a pose or you have an own suggestion, or afterwards you would like to order an album, in all the cases if there are any questions, do not hesitate to ask me. Together we can look into it and find the most suitable solution.

It’s all about you and as a photographer I am here to advise you so the whole event becomes a positive and fun experience for everyone involved.

During a first meeting, (this can be via phone, via chat via mail, via a digital meeting or face-2-face) we discuss the options and your expectations.

The following week I will sent you all that was discussed and all the information necessary, through mail, as well as an estimation of the investment. This proposal stays valid during 2 weeks. In the meantime I am available for all the questions you may have.

The invoice as well the request for confirmation will be sent out and when the payment has been done (before the delay), the shoot is confirmed.

Afterwards a final mail will be sent with some advice regarding the scenery and some clothing advice. Final little adjustments are still possible.

A final call or chat will take place in the week of the reportage.

The shooting day will take place as planned.

Next the photos will be available in an online gallery (with my signature) within the month following the shooting date.  From this gallery you need to choose 13 pictures, which will be printed in 10x15 format. The delivery of these 13 pictures will take around 10-14 working days, after the order date.

Off course it is possible to establish a tailored module if you would like more pictures or an album or…., provided a surplus.

After having sent out the pictures, I remain at your disposal for further questions.

SeeFlow evolved from a combination of images, emotions, values, standards and events.

Trust between the photographer and the person or animal in front of the camera, is only possible when the vibe is one where familiarity, respect and patience are natural. I like to compare this with nature. The need for a certain balance between the photographer and the person or animal being photographed is the foundation of a shooting.

Capturing the authentic in a candid way is only possible when a relax vibe is among those involved.  It’s all about how someone sees and feels the world. As this is a subjectif element, I aim to realize this from a perspective of love. Love for the experience, love for the one-of-a-kind, love for emotions, love for nature, love for details, love for the melancholy, love for …. Every moment counts and it is an honour to being able to participate and oberve those moments that transform into pure feelings and action, which are priceless.  Framing this in the most honnest way, making sure it becomes a precious and tangible memory, is a result of blending in and being immersed entirely in the moment. Hence the origine of the name SeeFlow.

SeeFlow is situated in Booischot, a municipality of Heist-op-den-Berg. There is a space destinated to shoot. However it is also possible to shoot at a location.

Transparant communication is very important to me, so do not hesitate to discuss with me when you are feeling under the weather.

For instance, during a pregnancy your body as well as your feelings are being determined by lots of changes in your body. Do not feel ashamed or not at ease when pointing out you are in need of a pause.

Your loyal four-legged friend does not feel at ease in a strange location. No problem, I also meet on site. The most important is the well-being of your pet. To meet a stranger like me can be felt already as a strange and stressfull encounter for him/her. Do not hesitate to discuss with me certain requirements or options regarding your pet.

Every animal is unique. This results in a beastly personnality and it does not matter if he or she does  not get along with everybody. I believe in the love and kindness every animal has, even if they were traumatized in the past or even when it involves atypical pets. Every animal deserves to feel like a ‘very important fuzzy’ (VIF). The shooting can take place on location or in the studio, with or without a storytelling theme. Though I recommend a first meet-and-greet to discuss the possibilities but also to meet already the fuzzy before the real shooting.
